REIKI
Usui Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and well-being. As a Usui Reiki Master, I’ve been trained to connect deeply with this universal energy to facilitate healing for others. During your session, I use light touch or work just above the body to guide energy where it’s most needed, helping to clear blockages and restore harmony. Many describe the experience as deeply calming, like a wave of warmth and light flowing through them.
Reiki is a non-invasive and safe practise that complements other forms of healing. It’s especially beneficial for reducing stress, releasing emotional tension, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
