What is Healing

At Samsara we offer Reconnective Healing & Reiki.
They are very different from each other but both promote balance of the “Mind” “Body” & “Spirit”.

A Healing is a completely natural process. It is a flow of beneficial energy between the Healer/Practitioner and the recipient that deals with the disturbances in the human energy field.
Our body’s are made up of energy pathways called Meridians, energy centres called Chakras and our body is surrounded by a energy atmosphere called an Aura. Every cell in the body stores and emits energy.
Our memories, feelings, emotions and thoughts are all energy.
With day to day living many area’s in our lives become out of balance. There are many different factors that contribute to this…eating junk food, not taking care of our bodies, our mindset, illness, stress, the people we surround ourselves with, negative self talk, unbalanced hormones, unresolved emotional issues, not communicating your feelings, the list goes on.
To summarize Healings assist in bringing you back to balance.
