Preparation
1-2 days prior to waxing prepare your skin by lightly exfoliating the area to remove any dead skin, followed by a moisturiser, but do not moisturise on the day. Hairs should be long enough for the wax to adhere to, approximately 1/2 a centimetre long. You can trim if needed.
Aftercare
A Cooling gel or lotion will be applied by your therapist immediately after waxing to help soothe and calm your skin. Your skin may be pink and spotty but will subside within 24hrs. Avoid the sun, any activities that involve heat and swimming for 24 hours. There-after continue with moisturising daily and a few days after your treatment continue with your exfoliation routine.
